MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. - Bridgewater men's track & field competitor, Mike Smith took on the Mount Olive Qualifiers and performed another strong outing for the season Saturday.

Mike Smith took second place in the discus with an impressive personal best mark of 48.19m. Smith now holds the second-best all-time mark in program history. Smith also took part in the hammer throw finishing with a second-place result of 57.19m. The thrower sits in the top-15 on the Division III qualifying list in hammer.
