GENEVA, Ohio - Bridgewater college men's track & field athlete Mike Smith posted a strong mark at the 2025 Outdoor Division III Track & Field Championships at SPIRE Institute Saturday afternoon.

Smith received All-American Second Team honors as he threw an impressive mark of 58.72m (192'8") on the national stage in Geneva. The senior finished with a tenth place mark.With that mark, the thrower put up the best mark ever in the ODAC. This achievement marks the first All-American Second Team honor ever in his career.
