BRIDGEWATER, Va. - Jaden Alsberry of the Bridgewater College women's basketball team has been named to the D3hoops.com Third Team All-Region VI.

Alsberry get the regional accolade after earning her first First Team All-ODAC selection from the 2024-25 campaign after landing spots on the second and third teams during her time at BC. 

The Strasburg, Va. native was among th best in the conference and the region in the post in her fifth season posting a career-best 12.5 points per game and crossing the 40-blocks and 40-steals plateau in the same season for only the second time in her career. 

Alsberry ranked second in the ODAC shooting from the floor at a 48.3% clip and was third in the league averaging 1.5 blocks per game. Her name is also littered throughout the BC record book as she ranks third all-time in rebounds (848) and holds a share of third in career blocks (181). Alsberry holds the program record for the most rebounds in a single game with 26 in a win over Guilford last season in the ODAC Tournament and sits 16th on the all-time scoring list with 1,140 points to her credit.

The Eagles finished the season just outside the NCAA Tournament field after posting a 21-5 overall record and finished second in the league's regular season standings with a 14-2 mark in ODAC play. Three of BC's losses came to teams that qualified for the ODAC Tournament including a tight loss at Randolph-Macon that went on to make an appearance in the Sweet 16.
