BUENA VISTA, Va. - Bridgewater College opened its men's soccer season Tuesday with a come-from-behind, 4-1 victory over Southern Virginia University.

The game was the first contest ever played at the new SVU stadium and also the first victory for BC's first-year head coach Matt O'Toole.

The Eagles trailed 1-0 after 15 minutes, but tied the score at 1-1 before the half on a goal by Chris Hulse.

BC then controlled the second half action, pulling away for the win with goals from Kevin Gorman, Hulse and Nick Rutten.
