BRIDGEWATER, Va. - The Bridgewater College swimming team will make a splash on Saturday, Oct. 4 for the season opener.  

The Eagles will head to the ODAC Relays in Lexington, Va., to get the 2025-26 campaign started.  

Head coach Gwynn Harrison and company have scheduled seven events featuring four dual meets and three invitationals. The ODAC Championships will be held at Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, N.C. on Feb. 11-14. 

After the ODAC Relays and a dual meet against Lynchburg, the Eagles have a jam-packed schedule in November. On Nov. 1, both squads will compete at the St. Mary's quad invitational with St. Mary's (Md.), Stevenson, and SVU. Then, the Eagles will host the Virginia Wesleyan Marlins on Nov. 8 at 1 p.m. at Nininger Pool and will wrap up the final meet on Nov. 13-15 at the Keydet Invitational before a brief winter break.  

In January, the Crimson & Gold will take on Roanoke on the road and will then host a meet between Hampden-Sydney and Sweet Briar.
