VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Bridgewater College men's swimming totaled 200 points en route to a road victory against Virginia Wesleyan Saturday.
The men shined across the board limiting the Marlins to just 53 points.
Alessandro Nani gave the Eagles a first-place finish in the 200 freestyle (1:49.54) to get the strong results started. Zachary Erb, Gavin Sanger, and Eddie Klinko then both secured 1,2, and 3 place finishes sweeping in the 50 breast, including a strong first-place time of 26.48 from Erb.
In the 50 free, the Eagles placed 1,2,3, and 4 with a 22.11 personal best time from Ean Helmlinger.
Then, in both the 200 free relay and the 200 medley relay, Bridgewater locked in first place to round out a successful dual meet matchup.
