BRIDGEWATER, Va. - The Bridgewater College field hockey team fell 5-0 to visiting Mary Washington on Saturday at the Jopson Athletic Complex.

The game was dedicated to Morgan's Message, an organization focused on student-athlete mental health awareness.

The visiting Eagles outshot Bridgewater 10-to-1 with Brooke Hamm totaling 13 saves in the cage for Bridgewater. Daphne Daymude took the sole shot for Bridgewater. 

Bridgewater falls to 3-5 on the year and will return to action on Wednesday, September 29 when they take on St. Mary's (md) at home. Game time is set for 6:00 p.m.
