BRIDGEWATER, Va. – The Bridgewater College women's soccer team took down Roanoke, 3-1, on Wednesday afternoon.

 The Basics

• Final Score: Bridgewater – 3, Roanoke – 1
• Records: Bridgewater (14-1-2, 7-0-2 ODAC); Roanoke (7-5-1, 1-3-1 ODAC)

 How It Happened

• Just 2:03 into the game, sophomore Alicia Keo got the Eagles on the board scoring her fifth of the year. The assist was made by senior Hanna Randolph as she found Keo in the box after streaking down the left side and dumping the ball into the box to find Keo's foot.
• Randolph made the game 2-0 in the 54^th minute when she collected a pass from senior Lauren Pion and deposited a goal beating the goalie to the right side of the net. The play began with a perfect dump in pass into the box to find Pion from Lexi Winkler.
• Roanoke fought back to make it a 2-1 game in the 66^th minute.
• Randolph netted her second goal of the game in the 71^st minute, beating the goalie high with her left foot. This is her seventh of the year, as she ties her season high from her freshmen campaign in 2018.
• The insurance goal made it a 3-1 game, putting away the Maroons.

 Match Notes

• Bridgewater peppered Roanoke with 27 shots, 13 being on target. Ashley Sabatino, and Randolph led the way with five. Destiny Zapata and Skyler Daum each had four.
• The Eagles doubled the Maroons in corners, with a 6-3 advantage.

• Bridgewater will stay home for a big senior day contest on Saturday Oct. 30 as they prepare to take on the current ODAC leader Virginia Wesleyan. Action is slated for 3:30 p.m.
