LYNCHBURG, Va.- Junior goalie Taylor Waddell turned in a career-high 23 saves, but the Bridgewater Eagles field hockey team fell to No. 11 Lynchburg by a 4-1 score at Shellenberger Field in Old Dominion Athletic Conference action.

Lynchburg tallied two goals in each half as the Eagles held the Hornets, which were averaging seven goals per game in conference action, to their lowest-scoring output against an ODAC foe on the season.

Junior Rachael Keshishian (Forest Hill, Md./Baltimore Lutheran) tallied Bridgewater's lone goal in extra time off of a corner insert to finalize the scoring at a 4-1 tally.

The three goal difference is the smallest scoring differential for an ODAC opponent against the Hornets all season.
