The Bridgewater women's soccer team fell to 0-3 on the season, losing to hosting Meredith, 4-0, at the National Invitational Espirit DIII tournament in Raleigh, N.C.

Meredith, now 2-1 on the season, scored in the first three minutes of the contest and controlled play the rest of the way.

Bridgewater returns to action Saturday at 5 p.m. against N.C. Wesleyan College.
