Bridgewater College defeated visiting Randolph College 6-0 on
Saturday morning to earn their second consecutive ODAC victory.
BC's Krista Ready scored the first goal of the game for the Eagles
at the 15:34 mark off of an assist from Kathy Bundrick and then
added another goal only 6 minutes later to make the score 2-0
Eagles. As the first half came to a close, the Eagles put on a
scoring display as Ashley Andes scored at the 31:09 mark, Megan
Groos scored at the 34:40 mark and Andes scored again at the 41:42
mark, to give the Eagles a 5-0 halftime advantage. In the second
half, BC's Jessica Wampler scored at the 87:11 mark to give BC the
6-0 ODAC win.
Goalkeepers Brooke Barham and Cari Hensley combined to shut-out the
Wildcats. Freshman Megan Groos also added 2 assists for BC.
The Eagles are now 6-10-1 overall on the season and 4-6 in
conference play. BC returns to action in the regular season finale
on Wednesday when they host Washington and Lee University.
