LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Mackenzie Cauthorn of the Bridgewater College softball team was named Third Team All-Region VI on Friday afternoon.

The National Fastpitch Coaches Association announced its All-Region teams on Friday and the Tappahannock, Va. native found a spot on the third team. Cauthorn had a record-setting season during her junior campaign as she set career bests all the way across the board including a pair of program records. Cauthorn set a new program-high with 10 shutouts and tied the single-season strikeout record with 118 punchouts during the 2025 season on her way to First Team All-ODAC honors for the first time in her career.

Cauthorn earned her first regional accolade as she was one of 10 ODAC student-athletes named to the list by the coaches association.
