SALEM, Va. - The Bridgewater College men's cross country team competed in the NCAA Southern Regionals Saturday morning.
Gabriel Miller, the top finisher for the Eagles, finished 68th, clocking a time of 27:01.08. Miller finished ahead of scoring finishers from regionally ranked squads. Gavin Diehl crossed the line 83rd with a time of 27:21.70. Freshman Grayson Jacquez finished just outside the top 100, completing the course in 28 minutes. Malakai Wettig finished five seconds after Jacquez. Ryder Rose finished 115th with a time of 28:23.50 to round out the scoring BC finishers.
The Eagles placed 16th out of 24 teams, finishing ahead of a few ODAC foes.
