How It Happened
- Bridgewater controlled the play in the first half, putting seven shots on frame compared to just two for the Seahawks.
- The Eagles got on the board in the 21st minute when Seahawks' keeper Zach Reed was out of the goal area and Trey Widrick lofted a high shot from deep that sailed over Reed's head and bounced into the goal for a 1-0 BC lead.
- Bridgewater had a chance to take command of the contest with two penalty kick opportunities midway through the half. One attempt missed wide and the second was saved by Reed.
- The Eagles added a second goal late in the half when Gavin Kast took a pass from Tony Chavez and blasted a shot from close range past the keeper and into the back of the net for a 2-0 lead.
- The Seahawks fared better in the second half on the offensive end with six shots on goal. Bridgewater keeper Charles Schweinefuss was up to task, turning back all six shots. St. Mary's did put one shot in the net in a bid to pull within one goal, but the apparent goal was nullified by an offside call.

- The victory was Bridgewater's fourth straight this season. During the winning streak, the Eagles have outscored their opponents 13-2.
- St. Mary's held a slim 13-11 edge in shots and a slim 8-7 margin in shots on goal. The Seahawks also held a 6-4 edge in corner kicks.
- Widrick's goal was his team-high fourth of the season. The goal by Kast was his second of the season. Chavez had his first assist of the season. BC keeper Charles Schweinefuss was solid in goal with eight saves to earn the shutout, his third of the season.
