Leon Malca begins his first season as an assistant wit the Bridgewater women's soccer program this fall.
Malca is also beginning his first year coaching at the collegiate level but brings in professional and international experience.
Originally a native of Israel, Malca made his journey to the United States after his military service. He played for two years for Mercer County College and made the JCC National Championship game both seasons. He then transferred to Longwood University where he was a captain for two years for the Lancers.
Leon and his family recently moved to Bridgewater and are excited to be a part of the community.
