Bridgewater College

Ginger Patterson is Bridgewater College’s Athletics Business Operations Manager.

Patterson determines the fiscal requirements of the department and manages the overall department budget. She also works with coaches to identify needs for individual team budgets.

She handles the department’s HR duties, including coordinating personnel changes, managing new staff paperwork and monitoring staff hours.

Her responsibilities include EADA, ODAC and NCAA reports, championship hosting budgets, vendor contracts, and purchasing of athletic equipment and uniforms.

Patterson first joined the BC athletic department as Athletics Finance Manager in August 2009.

Before coming to Bridgewater, Patterson was a Member Service Supervisor at DuPont Community Credit Union.

She graduated from James Madison University's College of Business with a degree in marketing, after attending local Fort Defiance High School.
