2025 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500 meters, 5,000, the 10,000 meters...Had personal best at ODAC Outdoor Championships in 10,000m with a time of 40:10.4 (9th place)...Had personal bests in 5,000m at Washington & Lee Carnival (19:11.72) and in 1500 at Wildcat Invitational (5:03.50)...Set eighth fastest time ever in program history in 10,000m. 

2025 Indoor: Competed in the mile and the 3,000 meters...Was a part of the distance medley relay at ODAC Indoor Championships (4th place)...Had personal bests in the 3,000m with a time of 10:55.42 and mile (5:30.57)...Set ninth fastest time ever in program history in the 3,000 at Brant Tolsma Invitational. 

2024 Outdoor: Saw eighth in the 1,500m run at the North River Meet finishing with a time of 5:25.69...recorded a season best time of 19:45.18 in the 5,000m run at the VertKlasse Meeting...eleventh in the 5,000m run at the ODAC Championships (19:53.25).

2024 Indoor: Did not compete.

2023 Outdoor: Earned a new personal bes in the 1,500m run at the Doc Jopson Invitational crossing the line at the 5:20.59 mark...placed 14th in the 5,000m run at the ODAC Championships with a time of 20:23.91.

2023 Indoor: Placed fourth at the Joe LaRocco Invitational in the 3,000-meter run being clocked at the 11:13.14 mark...at the ODAC Track and Field Championship finished eighth in the 5,000m run with a time of 19:32.02...timed a 5:49.29 to capture eighth in the mile at the Kaye and JJ Smith Invitational.

High School: Member of the Strasburg High School track & field program for four years.
