2024 Outdoor: All-ODAC (1,500m run)...USTFCCCA All-Region (3,000m steeplechase)...gained all-conference honors after finishing third in the 1,500m run at the ODAC Championships recording a time of 4:45.64 which ranks third in program history...finished fifth in the 800m run at the ODAC Championships with a time of 2:20.05 that is the third best time in BC history...grabbed fourth in the 5,000m run at the Hill City Twilight crossing the line at the 17:51.04 mark to claim the fourth fastest time in program history.

2024 Indoor: All-ODAC (mile and 5,000m run)...USTFCCCA All-Region (mile)...broke the school mile record at the ODAC Championships crossing the line at the 5:07.96 mark to take second in the event...placed third in the 5,000m run at the ODAC Championships with a time of 18:05.06 which is fourth best in program history...placed third in the 3,000m run with a time of 10:27.74 at the Joe LaRocco Invitational which ranks fourth in program history. 

2023 Outdoor: All-ODAC (3,000m steeplechase)...USTFCCCA All-Region (3,000m steeplechase)...VaSID All-State...placed third at the ODAC Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase with a career best time of 11:12.71...ran a season best 18:19.45 in the 5,000m run at the ODAC Championships to take fifth in the event...finished third in the 1,500m run at the North River Meet crossing the line at the 4:55.78 mark...secured five podium finishes.

2023 Indoor: Won the 3,000m at the Finn Pincus Inviational with a time of 10:56.39...recorded the sixth fastest time in Bridgewater program history in the 5,000m with a fourth-place finish and being timed at the 18:22.47 mark...set a new personal best in the mile finishing third at the Joe LaRocco Invitational with a time of 5:22.10.

2022 Outdoor: All-ODAC third team in the 3k steeplechase (11:47.29)... Recorded the third best 3k steeplechase mark in school history at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (12:08.46)... Placed 16th in the 5k at the W&L Carnival (19:30.92)... Second in the 1500m at the Doc Jopson Invitational (5:08.76)... Sixth place finish in the 5k at the Battleground Relays... Won the 800m at the dual meet with Eastern Menonnite (2:27.74)... Member of the fourth place 4x400m relay at the ODAC Outdoor Championships (4:14.93). 

2022 Indoor: Ran a 11:40.89 to finish fourth at the Finn Pincus Invitational in the 3k to claim fourth place ... set a personal-best in the 3k with a time of 11:26.37 to finish third at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational ... Scored a fifth place finish in the mile (5:29.01) at the ODAC Championships and also registered a time of 19:15.45 in the 5k to place sixth.

2021 Outdoor: Finished third in the 1500m at the North River Invitational (15:23.87)... Second in the 5k and ran a then personal best at the W&L Carnival (19:44.34)... Fifth place in the 1500m at the Doc Jopson Invitational (5:16.20)... Recorded the tenth best 5k mark in school history at the Dennis Craddock Invitational (19:11.10)... Placed ninth in the 5k at the ODAC Championships (19:49.57). 

2021 Indoor: VaSID second team All-State... Fourth in the 3k (11:40.89) at the Finn Pincus Invitational. 

High School: Team captain... State qualifier.
