2025 Outdoor: Named ODAC Track Athlete of the Meet...Earned All-ODAC First Team...Competed in the 100 meters, 200, and long jump...Was a part of the 4x100 relay (2nd place) and 4x400 relay (4th place) at ODAC Outdoor Championships...Had personal best in the 100 at ODACs with time of 12.27 for a gold medal finish...Holds fourth fastest time all-time in program history (100m)...Had personal best in 200 at Colonial Relays with time of 25.17...Holds fifth fastest time all-time in program history (200m). 

2025 Indoor: Earned All-ODAC First Team...Selected to USTFCCCA All-Region...Competed in the 60 meters, 200, and long jump...Won gold at ODAC Indoor Championships in the 60 (7.77) and 200 (25.49)...Was a part of 4x400 relay at ODACs (4th place)...Had personal best at Rockingham Classic in long jump with mark of 5.36m...Holds fifth best mark all-time in program history (long jump)...Had a personal best at South Region Final Qualifier in the 60 with time of 7.76 in prelims...Holds third fastest time all-time in program history (60m). 

2024 Outdoor: Set a new personal record in the 100m dash at the Mount Olive First Chance crossing the line at the 12.76 mark sit tied 10th in program history...placed seond in the 100m dash at the North River Meet garnering a time of 12.74...finished sixth in the triple jump at the Mount Olive Final Qualifier hopping out to an outdoor best 10.24m (33' 7.25'')...jumped out to 4.87m (15' 11.75'') in the long jump at the ODAC Championships.

2024 Indoor: Qualified for the 60m dash finals at the ODAC Championships with a preliminary time of 8.02 which is the sixth best time in program history...finished fourth in the 60m dash at the ODAC Championships with a time of 8.06...placed seventh in the triple jump at the ODAC Championships recording a leap of 10.64m (34' 11'') which is the ninth best mark...earned a new personal best in the 200m dash at the VMI Winter Relays crossing the line at the 26.47 mark ranking eighth in the record books.

2023 Outdoor: All-Region (4x100m relay)...All-ODAC (4x100m relay and 4x400m relay)...won the triple jump at the North River Meet with a jump of 10.12m (33' 2.5'')...finished first in the 100m dash at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic with a season best time of 12.87...claimed all-conference honors as a member of the 4x100m relay (2nd, 47.99) and 4x400m relay (3rd, 4:09.00) squads at the ODAC Championships...sprinted out to a season best time of 26.59 in the 200m dash at the Mount Olive First Chance.

2023 Indoor: Competed primarily in sprinting and jumping events for the Eagles...placed third at the Joe LaRocco Invitational as a member of the 4x400m relay squad being timed at the 4:21.61 mark...grabbed fifth in the triple jump at the George Mason Patriot Games with a 10.16 (33' 4'') leap...finished seventh at the ODAC Championship in the long jump with an indoor PR of 5.14m (16' 10.5'). 

High School: Member of the Brooke Point High School track & field school squad.
