2024 Outdoor: All-ODAC (3,000m steeplechase and 10,000m run)...USTFCCCA All-Region (3,000m steeplechase and 10,000m run)...reset the school record in the 10,000m run twice with her latest time of 37:00.00 being recorded at the Bison Outdoor Classic...event champion in the 3,000m steeplechase at the ODAC Championships with a time of 11:25.40...placed third in the 10,000m run at the ODAC Championships crossing the line at teh 37:48.89 mark...won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Doc Jopson Invitational with a season best time of 11:24.29.

2024 Indoor: Finished fifth in the 5,000m run at the ODAC Track & Field Championships with a new career best time of 18:17.20 which is ranked sixth in program history...recorded a new career best time in the 3,000m run at the JDL Last Chance Invitational with a mark of 10:32.80 which is sixth best in BC history...placed third in the 3,000m run at the VMI Winter Relays (10:43.89) and Robert Comstock Cardinal Track & Field Classic (10:52.29).

2023 Outdoor: All-ODAC (3,000m steeplechase and 10,000m run)...USTFCCCA All-Region (3,000m steeplechase and 10,000m run)...VaSID All-State...placed second in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 11:05.28 which is the second best time in program hitory...also grabbed all-conference honors in the 10,000m run placing third in the event with a time of 38:21.25...placed first in the 10,000m run at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic crossing the line at the 39:10.75 mark...won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Doc Jopson Invitational timing an 11:37.58 finish...recorded podium finishes six times.

2023 Indoor: Claimed the sixth best time in Bridgewater program history at the ODAC Indoor Track & Field Championship with a 10:45.34 finish...earned a new personal record in the mile finishing at the 5:44.32 mark at the Kaye & JJ Smith Inviational...had a season best time of 11:05.30 at the Joe LaRocco Invitational with a time of 11:05.20 and placed third.

2022 Outdoor: All-ODAC second team...Finished second in the 3,000m steeplechase at the ODAC Outdoor Championship with an 11:41.48 finish...set a personal best at a dual meet with EMU in the 3,200m run with a time of 12:10.60...Saw second in the 10,000m run at the Battleground Relay with a time of 41:39.80.

2022 Indoor: Finished fourth in the 3,000m run at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational being timed at the 11:29.40 mark...placed 14th at the VMI Team Challenge in the 800m run with a time of 2:36.42...competed in the 5,000m run to finish seventh (19:19.00).
