2025 Outdoor: Earned All-ODAC Second Team...Competed in the 100 meters...Was a part of 4x100 relay at ODAC Outdoor Championships for silver medal finish. 

2025 Indoor: Competed in the 60 meters and 200. 

2024 Outdoor: Timed a 26.50 finish in the 200m dash at the Doc Jopson Invitational to secure eighth place...was a member of the 4x100m relay team which grabbed first at the North River Meet with a time of 49.37...ran a season best 12.89 in the 100m dash at the VertKlasse Meeting.

2024 Indoor: Grabbed fifth in the 60m dash at the Joe LaRocco Invitational crossing the line at the 8.07 mark.

2023 Outdoor: Placed fourth and earned All-American honors in the 200m dash at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships after claiming the second fastest time in program history (24.24)...grabbed her eighth All-American laurels in the 100m dash grabbing sixth in the event (11.89)...USTFCCCA All-Region honors (100m dash, 200m dash and 4x100m relay)...received VaSID Track Athlete of the Year for the second consecutive year...named ODAC Track Athlete of the Meet after winning the 100m dash and 200m dash while also finishing on the podium as a member of the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams...grabbed ODAC Track Athlete of the Week honors twice first for her performance in the 200m dash at the Doc Jopson Invitational where she won the event with a time of 24.28 which was the then fastest time in the ODAC and best in DIII...she repeated the following week with the award after tying the all-time ODAC record and BC program record in the 100m dash with a time of 11.63 at the highly competitive VertKlasse.

2023 Indoor: Repeated as the 60m national championship at the 2023 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championship with a new personal-best time of 7.54, a time tied for first in program history...finished sixth (24.80) in the 200m receiving her sixth All-American laurel...USTFCCCA  All-Region honors...named ODAC Indoor Women's Track Athlete of the Meet for the second consecutive year winning the 60m clocking a 7.54 and grabbing second best time in program history in the 200m being timed at the 25.15 mark...picked up ODAC Track Athlete of the Week for her performance at the Finn Pincus Invitational, hosted by Roanoke College, placing second in the 60m dash with a final time of 7.68 (the then second fastest time in DIII) while also grabbing ninth in the 200m dash (25.67) and teaming up in the 4x400m relay to grab third with a time of 4:21.61.

2022 Outdoor: All-American in the 100m after a fourth place finish at the 2022 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championship meet (11.80)... Placed 12th at the championship in the 200m (24.57)... USTFCCCA South/Southeast Region Track Athlete of the Year... VaSID Track Athlete of the Year... ODAC Track Athlete of the Meet... ODAC Champion the 100m (11.90) and 200m (24.95)... Was named the ODAC Track Athlete of the Week after a dominant performance in the 100m at a dual meet with EMU... Won the 100m at the Doc Jopson Invitational (12.75), Battleground Relays (12.36) and WildCat Invite (12.21). 

2022 Indoor: Won 60m national championship at the 2022 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championship meet with a personal-best time of 7.61, which is second-fastest in school history ... Named VaSID Track Athlete of the Year for a consecutive season ... Earned USTFCCCA All-South region honors in the 60m and 200m dashes ... Claimed a pair of golds at the ODAC Indoor Championships in the 60m (7.62) and 200m (25.54) on her way to earning ODAC Indoor Athlete of the Meet ... 200m time is ranks second in team history ... Won the 60m at the Roanoke Invitational Challenge with a time of 7.73 ... Placed third in the 60m at the Keydet Invitational in 7.83 seconds in a field featuring runners from all divisions of the NCAA ... Won the 60-meter dash at the Finn Picus Invitational in 7.93 seconds ... Earned four top-five finishes in the 200m dash in four races. 

2021 Outdoor: All-American in the 100m (11.96) and 200m (24.34) after placing third and fourth respectively at the NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships... VaSID State Track Athlete and Rookie of the Year... USTFCCCA South/Southeast Region Track Athlete of the Year... ODAC Track Athlete of the Meet... ODAC Rookie of the Year... Won the 100m (11.83) and 200m (24.42) at the ODAC Championships while setting new meet records in both races... Ranks second in school history in the 100m (11.83) and the 200m (24.42). 

2021 Indoor: VaSID State Rookie of the Year... First team All-ODAC in 60m (7.93) and 200m (26.65)... USTFCCCA All-South/Southeast Region... ODAC Athlete of the Week (2/23)... Fourth fastest 60m and seventh fastest 200m in school history. 

High School: Relay for Life secretary... Men's basketball manager... School record holder in the 55m, 100m, 200m... Honor roll student... MVP... Team captain... All-State.
