Megan Pleskovic is entering her third season as head softball coach at Bridgewater College.

In 2025, the Eagles finished the season with a 29-14 record including a pair of wins over Top 15 foes leading to a top 50 finsih in the NPI ratings. The 2025 season saw Pleskovic earn ODAC Coach of the Year, the first for the program in nearly 20 years. The Eagles earned a program record of eight All-ODAC selections in a season that saw them finsih with the most victories for the program in over a decade. BC earned the No.2 seed in the ODAC Tournament and set a program record best in fielding percentage. 

Bridgewater returned to the ODAC Tournament in 2024 with a 19-24 overall record after a tough regular season slate that featured multiple top-25 opponents. The Eagles picked up their first ranked win since the 2021 season wirth a victory over No. 25 Lynchburg on the road along wth garnering four All-ODAC selections. Dleaney Lail was named the ODAC Rookie of the Year and Jazmyne Smith joined her on the ODAC's first team and was named Second Team All-Region.

The 2023 campaign saw the Eagles tally its second 20-win season in a row for the first time since the 2013-14 seasons. BC made its second consecutive trip to the ODAC Tournament and Shifflett and Wimer repeated on the All-Region and All-State lists as well.

In Pleskovic's first full season, the Eagles tallied a 24-19 record for the program's second 20-win campaign in eight seasons. The 2022 season also saw BC land six Eagles on the All-ODAC list, while Sarah Wimer and Torie Shifflett earned a spot on the NFCA All-Region team along with VaSID All-State honors. 

BC went 13-3 in her first season, batting .336 as a team with a staff ERA of 2.33. Pitcher Brantley Swift was named the State Rookie of the Year and was joined on the All-State team by Katrina Martin and Sydney Layman. Swift repeated All-State honors in 2021 as the Eagles had five All-ODAC selections overall and made the conference playoffs.

Pleskovic was previously the assistant coach at Adrian College and graduate assistant at Hiram College. During her three years as a Division III assistant, she has coached four All-Conference players, including Hiram’s first NFCA All-Region selection since 2011 and the first freshman selection in the college’s history.

She successfully introduced a new hitting style and mentality at Adrian as the hitting and outfield coach. The Bulldogs saw increased averages in nearly all offensive statistical categories.

Pleskovic has also coached at the club level for the Explosive Elite 16U team out of Strongsville, Ohio. She is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer as well as American Red Cross First Aid and CPR certified.

A native of Strongsville, Ohio, she attended Defiance College where she was a four-year varsity letter winner and two-year member of the leadership group. She also played one season of soccer and was a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. During her undergraduate career, she held internships with ELITE Training Performance and the Akron Racers.
