2025 Outdoor: Garnered All-American Second Team honors...Earned All-ODAC First Team...Selected to USTFCCCA All-Region...Awarded ODAC Field Athlete of the Meet at the ODAC Outdoor Championships...Placed 10th at the NCAA Division III Track & Field Championships in the hammer throw...Competed in shot put, discus, and hammer throw...Won gold at ODACs with mark of 56.70m in hammer and took silver in shot put with mark 14.69m...Had personal best in hammer at Hill City Twilight with mark of 59.76m (2nd place)...Holds second best mark all-time in program history (hammer)...Had personal best in discus with mark of 48.19m at Mount Olive Final Qualifier (2nd place)...Holds second best mark all-time in program history (discus). 

2025 Indoor: Earned All-ODAC First Team...Selected to USTFCCCA All-Region...Named ODAC Field Athlete of the Meet at the ODAC Indoor Championships...Awarded ODAC Field Athlete of the Week twice...Competed in shot put and weight throw...Had personal best at ODACs in shot put with mark of 15.17m to take silver...Holds third best all-time mark in program history (shot put). 

2022 Outdoor: Third Team All-ODAC in the discus throw after a third place finish at the ODAC Championships (42.56m/139'7")... Also took fifth in the shot put (13.10m/42'11.75") and sixth in the hammer throw (45.73m/150'0") at the conference meet... Recorded season-bests in the hammer throw at the Wildcat Track Festival (47.14m/154'8") and in the shot put at the Battleground Relays (13.38m/43'10.75").

2022 Indoor: Placed inside the top 10 in the shot put (10.54m/34'7") and the weight throw (12.00m/39'4.5") at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational ... took seventh in the weight throw (12.95m/42'5.5") at the Keydet Invitational ... placed sixth in the weight throw (14.06m/46'1.5") at the Roanoke Invitational Challenge ... scored with a fourth-place finish in the weight throw (14.92m/39'7") at the ODAC Indoor Championships. 

High School: Two-time state qualifier in discus and shot put ... won district championship in shot put.
