2025 Outdoor: Earned All-ODAC First Team...Selected to USTFCCCA All-Region...Competed in the shot put and the hammer throw...Won gold at the ODAC Outdoor Championships in the shot put with a mark of 14.74m...Holds second best mark in program history in the shot put with a mark of 15.37m...Holds seventh best mark all-time in the hammer throw with a mark of 47.08m. 

2025 Indoor: Earned All-ODAC First Team...Selected to USTFCCCA All-Region...Competed in the weight throw and shot put...Won gold at the ODAC Outdoor Championships in the shot put (15.31m)...Had a personal best at ODACs in the weight throw with a mark of 15.57m and took silver...Holds second best mark in the shot put and the seventh best mark in the weight throw in program history. 

2024 Outdoor: All-ODAC (shot put)...won the shot put at the ODAC Championships registering a toss of 14.78m (48' 6'') which is the fifth best mark in program history...placed fifth in the hammer throw at the Washington and Lee Carnival tossing a 45.14m (148' 1'') mark...11th in the discus at the North River Meet registering a season best heave of 33.01m (108' 4'').

2024 Indoor: Sits tied for the 10th best throw in program history in the shot put after recording a heave of 14.07m (46' 2'') at the George Mason Patriot Games...placed fifth in the weight throw (14.36m [47' 1.5'']) and shot put (13.98m [45' 10.5'']) at the ODAC Championships.

High School: County and regional champion for shot put.
