2025 Outdoor: Competed in the javelin, the 400 meters, and the 4x100 relay at the ODAC Outdoor Championships...Had a personal best in the 200 meters at the Doc Jopson Invitational with a time of 22.51...Had three first-place finishes in 4x100 and 4x400 relay. 

2025 Indoor: Competed in the 200 meters and the 400 meters...Was a part of the distance medley relay at the ODAC Indoor Championships (4th place)...Had season bests at the VMI Winter Classic in the 200 (22.30) and the 400 (52.92). 

2024 Outdoor: All-ODAC (4x100m relay)...member of the 4x100m relay squad which saw third at the ODAC Championships (42.19)...second in the javelin at the North River Meet (44.22 [145' 1''])...set a new PR in the 400m run at the North River Meet finishing third in the event (50.90).

2024 Indoor: All-ODAC (DMR)...Sixth in the 400m run at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (55.04)...member of the DMR squad which finished second at the ODAC Championships (10:04.94)...23rd in the 200m run at the Joe LaRocco Invitational...was a member of the 4x400m relay team which saw eighth at the ODAC Championships (3:32.10).

2023 Outdoor: All-ODAC (4x100m relay)...Grabbed third in the 400m run at the North River Meet (53.47)...ninth in the javelin at the ODAC Championships (43.21m [141' 9"])....member 4x100m relay team which took third at the ODAC Championships (42.12)...12th in the 100m dash at the Washington and Lee Carnival (11.50).

2023 Indoor: Set a new PR in the 60m dash at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational crossing the line at the 7.58 mark...timed a 24.15 finish in the 200m dash at the ODAC Championships...was a member of the DMR squad which saw fourth at the ODAC Championships with a time of 10:46.17...member of the 4x400m relay team which finished first at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (3:31.44).

2022 Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 200m at the Doc Jopson Invitational (25.04)... 10th in 400m at the Battleground Relays (54.26)... Took 26th in the 400m (55.50) and 20th in the 200m (23.56) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic... Finished third in the 400m at a dual meet with Eastern Mennonite (54.92).

2022 Indoor: Competed at six competitions as a freshman ... part of 4x400 meter relay team that took second at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (3:47.36) and took seventh in the 400 meter run with a time of 56.91.
