2025 Outdoor: Competed in the 800 meters, the 1500 meters, and the 3,000 meters...Had a personal best time in the 800 at the Wildcat Invite with a time of 1:56.52. 

2025 Indoor: Competed in the 800 meters, the 1,000 meters, the mile, and the 3,000 meters...Set the second fastest time in program history in the mile (4:20.59)...Set the sixth fastest time in the 3,000 (8:54.95)... Had a personal best at the Brant Tolsma Invitational in the 1,000 with a time of 2:35.54. 

2024 Outdoor: Recorded a season best time of 1:59.28 in the 800m run at the VertKlasse...placed seventh in the 1,500m run at the ODAC Championships (4:02.42)...second in teh 1,500m run at the WildCat Invitational (4:01.00).

2024 Indoor: All-ODAC (DMR)...member of the DMR squad which finished second at the ODAC Championships (10:04.94)...won the 3,000m run at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational setting a personal best time of 9:08.34...placed second in the 5,000m run timing a 16:14.24 finish in the event...ninth in the 800m run at the VMI Winter Relays crossing the line at the 1:58.42 mark ranking seventh all time...set a new personal best in the 1,000m run being timed at the 2:38.23 mark good enough for fifth in program history...clocked a 4:23.32 finish in the mile at the ODAC Championships to sit seventh in BC history.

2023 Outdoor: Third in the 1,500m run at the North River Meet (4:09.10)...secured seventh in the 1,500m run at the ODAC Championships (4:07.14).

2023 Indoor: Member of the DMR team which secured fourth place at the ODAC Championships (10:46.17)...placed second in the 800m run at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (2:05.44)...ninth in the mile at the JDL DMR Invitational (4:25.05).

2022 Outdoor: Finished sixth with a career-best 3:58.52 in the 1500m at the ODAC Championships... Won the 1,500m at the dual meet with Eastern Mennonite (4:05.51) and at the Wildcat Track Festival (4:06.37)... Ran a career-best 5k at the W&L Carnival (16:39.12).

2022 Indoor: Placed sixth in the mile run (4:33.39) at the Finn Pincus Invitational ... earned a ninth-place finish at the Roanoke Invitational Challenge in the mile (4:31.42) ... scored seventh in the mile at the ODAC Indoor Championships (4:25.94).

2021 Outdoor: Fourth place finish in the 1500m at the North River Invitational (4:18.12)... Seventh in the 800m at the Lynchburg Hornet Open (2:01.64)... Third place finish in the 1500m at the Doc Jopson Invitational (4:08.06)... Recorded a new personal best with a second place finish in the 800m at the WildCat Invitational (1:57.92)... Seventh in the 1500m (4:04.95) at the Dennis Craddock Invite... Finished 11th in the 1500m at the ODAC Championships (1:58.52). 

2021 Indoor: Placed sixth in the mile (4:33.39) at the Finn Pincus Invitational.
