Landon Trout begins his tenure as assistant men's lacrosse coach prior to the 2022 season.

Since completing a degree in sports administration at Bellarmine University in the spring, Trout has coached at the Lacrosse Academy in Columbus, Ohio, where he assisted in running a camp with over 100 players. He also has experience with the Resolute Elite club team in Columbus as an assistant coach, winning a pair of championships in three tournaments in summer 2019. In addition, Trout helped lead Team USA to a silver medal in the US Box Lacrosse (USBOXLA) National tournament in 2018.

Trout arrives in Bridgewater after completing a playing career at Bellarmine, which competes in the Southern Conference at the NCAA Division I level. He ranks second in the Knights' history with 105 points, including 65 goals and 40 assists, across 49 games. He earned second team All-SoCon honors and was recognized as a USILA Scholar All-American after a senior campaign consisting of 20 goals and 13 assists, which both led the team.
