Bridgewater College Volleyball is a competitive, NCAA Division III program competing in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference. Our program thrives on a team-first mentality and a culture dedicated to excellence on the court, off the court and in the classroom.

The success of our program is largely cultivated through the dedication to our core values. These values include: discipline, communication, work ethic and commitment. These values help our athletes achieve their goals as volleyball players, as students and ultimately as graduates of the college. Adhering to our core values, each player on our team is held to an incredibly high standard and is expected to uphold the legacy of a Bridgewater Volleyball player.

Recruiting Process

The recruiting process can often last 6 months to a year from initial contact to a potential position offer. Because of our program's commitment to success and a positive culture, we are incredibly selective about which student-athletes we choose to offer a roster position. If you are interested in becoming a player for Bridgewater Volleyball, we highly encourage you to begin the recruiting process by completing the following steps:

  1. Fill out our online recruiting form

  2. Email the coaching staff and introduce yourself. First time emails should include your name, graduation year, club, position, jersey number, recruiting profile/film link and your tournament schedule. Coaching staff email addresses can be found here

  3. Attend a camp or clinic! All of our camps and clinics are held on campus and run by the Bridgewater Volleyball coaching staff and players on the team. We use our camps and clinics as evaluation tools and also as an opportunity for our recruits to really get a feel for what it is like to be a member of the team. Our camp/clinic information can be found here

  4. Attend a match! Similar to attending one of our camps or clinics, attending a Bridgewater Volleyball match will allow you to see our team compete and to understand what it is like to be a member of our program.
