2016: Played and started in 15 games... Totaled 30 goals and 7 assists for 37 points... Added 10 ground balls, 46 draw controls and 6 caused turnovers... Had 5 goals and an assist vs. Ramapo (3/15)... Won 8 draw controls in a victory at Virginia Wesleyan that helped the Eagles to their first ODAC playoff appearance in 12 years (4/13).

2015: Started all 16 games... Third on the team in scoring with 21 goals, 14 assists and 35 points... Added 17 ground balls, 31 draw controls and 17 caused turnovers... Had hat tricks in wins over Ferrum (3/18) and Randolph (3/24)... Totaled a goal, an assist and 3 each of ground balls, draw controls and caused turnovers vs. Lynchburg (3/28)... Won 6 draw controls vs. Virginia Wesleyan (4/7)... Had 3 goals and 2 assists in a win over Hollins (4/11).

2014: Third team All-ODAC... Led Bridgewater on the year with 38 goals and ranked in a tie for 17th in the conference in goals scored... Ranked 16th in the conference with 13 assists.

2013: Saw action in all 16 games, earning 15 starts... Tallied 18 goals to go along with six assists... Posted five multi-goal games, including a career high four goals against Randolph-Macon... Scored her first career goals on March 2 against Frostburg State. 

Prep: Varsity letterwinner in lacrosse, field hockey and basketball... Played for a Titans field hockey squad that went 21-3-2 her senior year... Finished tied for first place in their division... Went to final four of state tournament... Honor Roll student.

Personal: Daughter of Steve and Donna Fletcher... Has one sibling, Jack... Born October 22, 1993... Majoring in elementary education.
