Biography

2016: finished season with .256 batting average as team's starter at first base...second on the team in RBIs with 34 and homers with three...drove in season-high six runs in win over Thomas More.

2015: Played in 37 games and posted a .288 batting average and 26 RBIs...had nine multi-hit games during the season...had four three-hit games...homered in a 4-3 win over W&L...drove in a season-high three runs in win over E&H.

2014: Second on the team in average (.326) and RBIs (32)...tied for team lead in homers with four...led team with 14 doubles...second on team with a .470 slugging percentage.

2013: Saw action in 29 games as a freshman with nine starts...hit for a .390 average with 16 hits in 41 at-bats.

High School: Team was three-time district champs...named first-team all-distrct and honorable mention all-state.

Personal: Son of Keith and Liz Howell... brother Brett (also played baseball for Bridgewater)...majoring in environmental science...born February 5, 1994.
