BRIDGEWATER, Va. - The Bridgewater College men's tennis team fell to No. 63 Hampden-Sydney 0-6 on Friday evening at the Doug Will Tennis Center.
The match was moved indoors due to rainy and wet conditions. The teams elected to play singles first due to limited court time inside.Â
The top two spots went on first as
Corey Beshoar gave the Eagles' best fight score-wise early on as he fell 1-6, 3-6 at the No. 2 spot.Â
Steven Perry and
Coree Nicely each put up good fights at the No. 3 and No. 5 spots respectively, falling 0-6, 1-6.Â
Logan Garner was the final Eagle on the court as he was tripped up 1-6, 1-6 at the No. 6 spot.Â
The Eagles are back in action on Tuesday as they host Mary Baldwin starting at 4 p.m.
