Box Score LEXINGTON, Va. – The Bridgewater College women's lacrosse team wrapped up its regular season at #2 Washington & Lee on Wednesday.
The Eagles conclude the regular season with a mark of 3-7, 3-5 ODAC after the 29-0 defeat to the Generals, and will await other results around the conference to see if they qualify for the ODAC postseason.
Bridgewater is currently in sixth place with seven teams making the playoffs, but will likely need losses from either Randolph-Macon or Guilford to remain in the top-seven.
Mikaela Brooks made 12 saves and added two ground balls for BC. Madeline Magill had five draw controls and Tavin Krick caused a turnover.
Washington & Lee was led by Maggie Frankel (five goals, one assist) and also got five points each from Landon Shelley and Alex Petras.
Annika Benson had a good chance for the Eagles 10 minutes into the contest after Jodie Welsh's draw control, but the shot was saved by W&L goalie Caroline Kranich.
