How It Happened 

• The Captains led the Eagles 24-15 after the first quarter with Bridgewater outrebounding the home team defensively 6 to 2
• Despite CNU expanding the lead 48-34 entering halftime, Bridgewater posted their best offensive quarter of the evening in the second frame with 19 points
• Bridgewater could not catch CNU in the second half, ultimately falling 109-59 to the nationally ranked Captains

• Erika Nettles led the Eagles with 13 points and six rebounds 
• Mary Ruth Shifflett added nine points, going 2-for-2 from behind the arc
• Jaden Alsberry contributed eight points and four blocks
