ASHLAND, Va. - Washington and Lee defeated Bridgewater Collge 5-0 Saturday afternoon in an ODAC tournament semifinal match played at Randolph-Macon College.

The Generals swept the three doubles matches to start the day.

W&L's Brooke Donnelly and Tessa Hill took an 8-1 victory over Whitney Kiser and Nicole Shifflett to win the No. 1 doubles match.

Michelle Fleenor and Lauren Hassell blanked the Eagles' Jamiah Lewis and Shannon Quinn 8-0 at No. 2 doubles.

At No. 3 doubles, W&L's Emily Kochard and Lily Hershey defeated Stephanie Barton and Whitney Cash, 8-3.

Washington and Lee closed out the match with wins at No. 3 and No. 5 singles.

At No. 3, Fleenor defeated Kiser 6-1, 6-1 while Kochard downed Cash 6-0, 6-0 to take the victory at No. 5.

Bridgewater finishes the season with a 10-7 record.
