Bridgewater Lacrosse Loses to Washington and Lee, 20-4

Washington and Lee took a quick lead by scoring eight goals in under ten minutes in Bridgewater's home opener on Tuesday, and the Generals never looked back, defeating the Eagles, 20-4. 

This was the first conference game for Bridgewater lacrosse.

Bridgewater's Kate Moulton scored two goals, adding to her season total of nine goals in three games.  Erin Cartwright and Leslie Crawford each added a goal to the final tally.

Britten Mathews, Kate Speare, Maddie McKaig, and Ellie  Van all scored three goals in the game for the Generals.

Bridgewater goalkeeper Colleen Schwind came up with 15 saves in the game. 

Katharine Farrar and Alex Hamill each recorded two saves as goalkeeper for Washington and Lee.

The Eagles and the Generals now both have a 2-1 record for the season. 

Bridgewater lacrosse will be back in action when they host Marywood on Thursday, March 4th at 4:00 pm.
