ST. MARY'S CITY, Md. - The Bridgewater
College Eagles split its two matches Saturday at the Seahawks
Invitational with a 3-0 win over Gallaudet and a 3-1 loss to
Salisbury.
Bridgewater won the Gallaudet match 25-19, 25-18, 25-18.. The
Eagles fell to Salisbury by scores of 29-27, 14-25, 25-15, 25-20.
Erica Dirnagl led the Eagles with 15 kills and Ashley Scott
added seven against Gallaudet. Kai-Lynn Stoker led the team in digs
with 18 and Tricia Davis contributed 32 assists.
In the Salisbury match, Dirnagl paced the Eagles 16 kills. Davis
added 42 assists and Stoker finished with 14 digs and four aces.
Casey O'Leary and Candice Guy each had 14 digs.
